Open an Exchange

The turmoil of 2008 has convinced me that there is definitely a need for a qualified intermediary with serious concerns regarding the security of 1031 funds and a client's peace of mind. In that regard I have formed SECURITAS1031.

Today's marketplace demands that the security of client's funds in a 1031 Exchange be the utmost concern when choosing a qualified intermediary. The client's funds will be provided a segregated account and full transparency.
SECURITAS1031 is always available for consultation at no charge to you or your client and I am available to meet or speak to those with needs and concerns regarding their deferral of capital gains tax.
