Charles H. Mansour is the founder and CEO of Securitas1031, LLC, a trusted Qualified Intermediary for 1031 tax-deferred exchanges. Since 2009, Securitas1031 has operated in partnership with Mr. Mansour’s top-performing Fidelity National Title Fee Attorney office in downtown Houston.

A seasoned real estate and tax attorney with over 30 years of experience, Mr. Mansour has overseen more than 18,000 closings and $3 billion in transactions. He also leads Mansour & Associates, P.C., advising clients on complex tax issues, estate planning, and IRS disputes.

Mr. Mansour holds degrees from LSU, Thurgood Marshall School of Law (Cum Laude), and an LL.M. in Taxation from Georgetown. He is licensed in Texas, Louisiana, and D.C., and admitted to multiple federal courts including the U.S. Tax Court. He is a frequent speaker and published expert in real estate law and taxation.

Richard Jaubert is a seasoned executive with deep expertise in finance, strategy, and organizational development. As CFO of Securitas1031, he leads business development and oversees daily operations, ensuring clients receive seamless support across a wide range of 1031 exchange transactions.

Richard holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting and an MBA, and brings a track record of guiding growth-focused organizations with precision and vision.

Ignacio Sepulveda drives strategic growth initiatives at Securitas1031, drawing on his background in deal structuring, capital markets, and private equity. He has deep experience supporting family-owned and founder-led businesses. Ignacio earned a B.S. from Pepperdine and is completing his MBA at Duke’s Fuqua School of Business.

Mr. Monreal brings six years of experience leading roll-up strategies for private equity firms and their portfolio companies across a wide range of industries including professional and financial services.

At Securitas1031, he is responsible for driving both organic expansion and strategic acquisitions as part of the firm’s growth platform. Prior to joining Securitas1031, Mr. Monreal also spent time at a premier international law firm, where he worked on complex corporate transactions. Mr. Monreal is a graduate of Whittier College and received his graduate education (JD/LLM) at Duke University School of Law.

Caila Vu Beers serves as Public Relations Director at Securitas1031 and is a licensed real estate professional. With a solid background in real estate and client relations, she brings a thoughtful, strategic approach to communications, marketing, and brand development.
